Nicholas Marcus Thompson works across the workplace and institutional landscape to help workers understand and activate their rights, support unions in strengthening representation and removing systemic barriers, and advise employers on building fair, respectful and inclusive workplaces.

Nicholas brings a perspective few advisors can match. As a former union president, he represented workers and worker organizations and understands the realities of workplace conflict, collective advocacy and organizational decision-making. He also brings experience in executive leadership, public advocacy, legislative and policy reform, labour and human rights work, and international human rights engagement.

In addition, Nicholas is an accomplished international speaker who has delivered keynote addresses across Canada, in Parliament, throughout Africa, and at the United Nations.
